Return and Refund Policy

Our Company Zippy Pure's return policy has changed due to covid-19. Due to the personal nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns until further notice.
Our Refund policy has one requirement that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for a refund request after 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com for your refund. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process and does not include shipping and handling charges.
Please Note: No refunds will be issued after 60 days from the date of purchase.
